How do I get started with Needlz?
Visit needlz.ai and create an account. Setup takes about 10 minutes — you define your brand, target topics, and any competitors you want to track. Needlz immediately begins surfacing relevant conversations. You do not need to connect any social media accounts to get started.
What do I need to use Needlz effectively?
A clear definition of your brand and product category, a sense of which communities your target customers hang out in (Needlz will also help you discover these), and a commitment to authentic participation. Needlz does the discovery and first draft; you bring the brand knowledge and judgement.
Does Needlz work for non-English markets?
Yes. When you set up your brand you pick your home market — country and language — and Needlz focuses its conversation discovery on that market's language. The Needlz app itself is available in English, French, and Brazilian Portuguese. If your target market is not covered yet, contact us at support@needlz.ai and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
