What data does Needlz collect?
Needlz collects account information (name, email, company, billing details), usage data (features used, conversations viewed, suggestions generated), and technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies). We do not collect data from your social media accounts unless you explicitly integrate them. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Does Needlz sell my data?
No. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, analytics), under strict data processing agreements.
Is Needlz GDPR compliant?
Yes. Needlz is built to comply with EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We act as data controller for account data and data processor for content you submit through the platform. Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Email privacy@needlz.ai and we will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
How does Needlz secure my data?
We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Payment card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we do not store raw card numbers.
