This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply to all Users of the Needlz Platform. It forms part of your agreement with Growth Leaps. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms & Conditions.
Needlz exists to help brands earn visibility through genuine, disclosed, value-adding participation in public communities. This policy protects that promise — for the communities, for our users, and for us.
1. Permitted Use
The Platform may be used only for lawful, legitimate brand engagement, measurement, and community monitoring. You must review every AI Suggestion before posting and ensure your conduct complies with the rules of the target platform and applicable law.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT use the Platform to:
Spam and unsolicited content
- Send or facilitate unsolicited bulk messages, commercial solicitations, or repetitive content.
- Post the same or substantially similar replies across multiple threads without genuine value-adding engagement.
- Exceed a community's stated posting norms, or defeat the pacing guidance the Platform provides, in order to post at volume.
Astroturfing and coordinated inauthentic behaviour
- Create or operate fake personas or sockpuppet accounts to simulate organic community support.
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour designed to artificially amplify brand sentiment.
- Pay for, organise, or coordinate networks of accounts to post on your behalf without disclosure.
- Direct two or more accounts affiliated with the same brand into the same conversation to create the appearance of independent support.
Vote manipulation
- Attempt to manipulate upvotes, downvotes, likes, or other engagement signals on any third-party platform.
- Solicit, purchase, or incentivise votes or engagement reactions.
Impersonation and deception
- Impersonate any person, company, brand, or public figure.
- Configure or manage a brand you are not authorised to represent.
- Represent AI-generated content as human-authored where disclosure is legally required or where it would materially mislead the reader.
- Remove or suppress affiliation disclosure in order to pass commercial promotion off as independent opinion.
Misinformation
- Knowingly create, spread, or amplify false or misleading information.
Harassment and harmful content
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any individual.
- Post content that is discriminatory, hateful, or incites violence.
Regulatory violations
- Post sponsored, paid, affiliate, or brand-affiliated content without the disclosures required by applicable advertising law (for example FTC endorsement guidelines in the US, ASA/CAP rules in the UK, ARPP recommendations and the Code de la consommation in France, CONAR guidance and the Consumer Defence Code in Brazil, or equivalent rules in your jurisdiction).
- Fail to meet applicable AI transparency obligations for content you publish, including under the EU AI Act from 2 August 2026.
- Engage in regulated financial promotion, health claims, or other regulated speech without authorisation.
Platform rule violations
- Violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or content policies of any third-party platform (including rules on self-promotion and disclosure).
- Use the Platform to assist others in violating third-party platform rules.
Misuse of measurements and reports
- Present Measurements or Reports as guarantees, projections, or certified results.
- Alter a Report to misstate what was measured, the period or markets covered, or its source.
- Publish another company's Measurements as your own where you were not authorised to measure that brand.
Technical misuse
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform beyond permitted API access.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code, models (including NDLZ-1), or infrastructure.
- Use Platform outputs to train, benchmark, or build a competing product or model.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialise Platform access except as expressly permitted by your plan or a written agreement.
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access.
3. Agency and Multi-Brand Use
If you manage brands for clients, you must additionally:
- Hold documented authority from each brand owner to monitor and represent it.
- Ensure every person posting uses their own genuine account and discloses their own affiliation.
- Keep client data segregated in the account structure the Platform provides, and not share one client's data with another.
- Not present white-label Reports in a way that misrepresents their origin, method, or accuracy.
4. Consequences of Violation
We may investigate suspected violations and, where confirmed, may without notice: suspend or terminate your account; remove offending content; report activity to law enforcement or affected platforms; and/or pursue legal remedies. Where the law requires notice or a cure period, we will comply with it. We accept no liability for losses caused by enforcement action taken in good faith.
5. Reporting
Report suspected violations to contact@needlz.ai.
