This Cookie Policy explains how Growth Leaps ("Needlz") uses cookies and similar technologies on needlz.ai. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixel tags, local storage, and session storage.
2. Cookies We Use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, security, load balancing, and remembering the cookie choice you made. Cannot be disabled. | Session token, CSRF token, consent record | Session / up to 1 year |
| Functional | Remember preferences and settings. | Language and country selection, dashboard layout | Up to 1 year |
| Analytics | Understand product usage to improve features; aggregated/anonymised where possible. | Google Analytics | Up to 2 years |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns and deliver relevant ads — only with your consent. | (none at launch) | Up to 2 years |
3. Your Consent and Controls
On first visit you'll see a cookie consent banner: accept all, reject non-essential, or customise. Rejecting is as easy as accepting — both are a single click on the banner itself, side by side, with no extra steps and nothing hidden behind a submenu.
We set no non-essential cookies until you choose. Analytics, functional and marketing cookies are held back until you accept them — everywhere, not only in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies is stored on your device.
We record your choice in a strictly necessary cookie (see §2) so we don't have to ask again on every page. It holds only your category choices and the date you made them — no identifier, no personal data — and it is kept for 180 days.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled. Update or withdraw your choice any time via Cookie Settings in the footer, or through browser settings (disabling some cookies may affect functionality). Withdrawing stops the affected cookies from being set again, and any language or country preference stored under your earlier choice is deleted. Analytics cookies already placed by Google during a period when you had accepted them are not removed by us — clear those through your browser if you want them gone.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party providers (e.g., analytics), governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookies.
