Billing, plans and your account

Everything about your plan lives in one place in the app: the billing page. This article is the map; the numbers themselves live on the pricing page, which reads directly from our billing system.

The shape of the plans

There are two: a single-brand plan for founders and teams, and a multi-brand Agency plan priced per brand, where every brand gets its own capacity, dashboard and thread feed. Both include every feature — plans differ in capacity, not capability. From trial to paid

The trial is the real product, not a demo, so converting is undramatic: you add a card, pick a plan, and everything you set up stays exactly where it is — your questions, your competitors, your history, your drafts. Your allowances open up to the plan's full capacity the moment you convert. Nothing auto-charges at the end of a trial, because no card was taken to start it; what the trial includes is on the getting-started FAQ.

Growing without changing plan

Three add-ons cover the common cases. A question pack adds tracked buyer questions and unlocks an additional market. Credit packs add reply drafts on top of your monthly allowance, and pack credits roll over rather than expiring with the month. And the Claude engine add-on points an additional AI engine at your most important questions, on top of the engines every plan already includes. Prices for all three are on the pricing page.

Cards, invoices and changes

Payments are processed by Stripe; Needlz never stores your card number. Card changes and invoices are handled through the billing page, which hands you to Stripe's own secure portal. Plan changes take effect through the same place.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page — plans are monthly, with no long-term contract. When a plan ends, daily measurement stops, and since AI visibility is measured live each day, the gap cannot be backfilled if you return later; your history pauses where it stopped. Your data remains yours throughout: request a copy or deletion any time via privacy@needlz.ai, as our Privacy Policy describes.
